Obviously excluding USA, what countries are on the 'thanks but no thanks' list for most online gambling sites?

We're looking at a new site where we want to avoid players from those countries that sites don't want traffic from.

Israel and Turkey are the newest additions to the list of course.

I've found this list

The Philippines,
Cyprus,
Estonia,
Bulgaria,
Hong Kong,
China

However do such lists depend on a) type of gambling, b) 'personal preference' of the operator c) where the operator is hosted?

Plus I also have a vague recollection of some sites banning Danish players due to their high propensity to scam sites (I may be wrong here!).

Anyway, any help would be welcome....
