Epassporte and Poker Stars???
I have an issue and I need some feedback.
I made a withdrawal from Poker Stars on Jan 6. By their rules, PS would only allow me to withdraw via Epassporte.
I do have a verified account with Epassporte, and they verified my withdrawal would be processed in 7 business days.

Your request to withdraw funds from your ePassporte account via electronic funds transfer to your bank account, ending in XXXX, has been received and is in process.
These funds have been sent to your bank and will become available for use in your account within 7 business days. Banks have their own policies regarding the time it takes to confirm and process these requests.
We will notify you immediately by email if we learn of any problem in processing that would delay the availability of these funds.

Dear Account Holder,
Responding to your email that was sent to ePassporte, the issue has
already been resolved. Due to unusually high call and email volumes, you
may have experienced extended hold times when calling us or there may have
been a delay receiving a response to your email inquiry. We apologize for
the inconvenience.
I hope this is helpful and please let me know if I can be of further
assistance, please call our Cardholder Services Center at any
of the phone numbers listed below.

I haven't heard another thing from Epassporte, and still nothing in my account.
So, I emailed Poker Stars, since they forced me to use Epassporte to make this withdrawal. Nothing from them either. No response.
First, why won't Epassporte respond and let me know why they haven't processed my withdrawal? Second, is is unreasonable for me to expect Poker Stars to look into this, since the only reason I had this problem is because they inisisted I use Epassporte for my withdrawal?

After again contacting Poker Stars about this, I received a reply from them stating they had contacted Epassporte, and asked them the status of my withdrawal.
Still waiting for a response from Epassporte.
