EU bank account for US residents

Does anyone know of a reliable European bank that allows US residents to open an account to receive commissions without requiring European residency?

most will accept US as non resident though you will usually have to show some sort of document on where income is gained, info is shared with the USA and you will need to be here in person to open usually.
