    Welcome to the GPWA.

I had actually already started reviewing your site before seeing and approving this post.

There will likely be more recommendations and tips, but the biggest factor I saw during my initial look was the lack of calls to action with affiliate links in appropriate places on the page.

We did find a few, but many of the reviews or detailed posts about topics, (in my opinion) did not do a very good job of presenting the readers a clear direction of where to click in order to be directed to the gaming property you were recommending on some of the pages.

At the time of my initial look I was not on an ip from your country, so I was not sure if you are using geo targeting in the right hand sidebar, but that area certainly could use at least a few creatives of your affiliated casinos. (if they only show when on correct ip's then it makes sense, but you could consider a different group of creatives for other markets when the ip's do not match)

Good luck with the site and as I stated, you will likely get more reviews in the coming days.

Your site seems too simple imho. I was expecting to see a more detailed site. Some of the images on your index page aren't loading up. The speed of your domain is good. Your site doesn't have an inviting feeling to it, and by that I mean it doesn't make me feel encouraged to sign up there if I wanted to. Good luck with it.

I'm not Japanese. I don't speak Japanese. Hence, I have no idea what would work for the Japanese market. There are however a few Japanese affiliates here at the GPWA. It might be better to get these people to review your site. They will be able to provide you with valid, helpful guidance.

Lack of calls to action. Lack of content (your poker strategy menu link yields no article results).

It needs a lot of work.

If you want to do it really well, you need to stop for a minute, take a deep breath......

    and........

Brainstorm all of the elements that make a good poker site
    Write them all down
    Sort them into topics
    Write and publish it all

To brainstorm. Search 'online poker australia', 'online poker canada', 'online poker usa' Examine around the first 15 results on each (the most notable sites will appear in all of them). Navigate to the home pages, look at how they break down and present the subject.

This will give you the high level topics.

So you will have (off the top of my head, won't be exhaustive and may not be the best way to do it...and a proper poker expert will likely rip this apart!)........poker rooms, poker variants/games, tournaments, bonuses, strategy, tools, tutorials/learn, FAQs, about us etc etc

Under poker rooms....reviews of all the sites (or at least the ones you want to promote) that take Japanese players
under variants.......holdem, omaha, horse etc etc rules, how to play, beginner play/basic strategies, advanced play/advanced strategies, etc etc
under tournaments.....mtt's, freerolls, championships, sitngo's, satellites etc etc
    tools....you will have to research
strategy...you might be able to bring under variants/games section eg Holdem basic, holdem advanced, omaha basic.....etc etc
bonuses...maybe a one pager showing all that are available to JP players, with links to your individual room reviews, and direct CTAs to the operators
tutorials/learn......might be better as sub pages under 'games/variants'
FAQs......plenty that can go here but maybe you could cover legality here or on its own page

All just basic structural elements without thinking too deeply...but it should illustrate...if you want to build the best poker info site for JP players...this is the type of stuff you should be thinking about...and if you can get the high level structure in place that will support this early enough, you will have a lot easier time later on...and you will have given search engines the best chances of following your site through its layers, hence (hopefully) giving them as many good reasons as possible to rank it and its pages.

PS and Aussie Dave's comment is highly valid. We look at these with western eyes.....it may well be that Japanese players don't seek or see things the same way or with the same relevances. That's of course where your local knowledge comes in..or where experienced JP webmasters might help you more.

There is lots of blank space on the homepage which could be put to good use. Try filling it with something useful, maybe fit some banners in there.

Sorry but the site doesn't look good at all, boring, dark, too simple.
Think about slot machines... they are appealing, colorful, inviting, etc.

I don't know Japanese, so I used automatic English translation. Maybe without it the site is perceived better, but not the essence. I don't think your site is ready. A lot of free space on the main page, also in some articles the image is not added or disappeared and there is an inscription "no image", it repels new users. I also looked at several articles, there is a lot of text and there are no images at all that would dilute this monotony. Your search bar works, but I would add follow-up tips if possible. There is still a lot of work to be done on this site to say that it is acceptable for use.
