Everest Affiliates about to shut down in a few days. Below is the mail they had sent out on this.
We contacted them via email because they owe us some rev-share (not a huge amount). There reply was positive at first:

However, the payment didn't arrive and they are ignoring any follow up emails.

As a part of streamlining operations, going forward the Everest Casino and Imperial Casino brands will be promoted exclusively through www.beaffiliates.com, and the Everest Affiliates program will be shutting down its operations following this transition.
Please be advised that all other Everest Gaming casino brands (Casino Lux, Casino Elegance, Casino Glamour, Casino Fantasy, Casino Treasure and Home of Fun) will cease their operations under said brand names, and any active players will be migrated to Everest Casino or to Imperial Casino.
As a valued partner, your active player base will now be tracked through Beaffiliates.com. If your affiliate account was included in the migration of Everestpoker.com to Beaffiliates.com your casino players will now be tagged to the same account. In case you do not have an account with Beaffiliates.com one will be created for you and you will receive your login information in the coming weeks. Please note that upon activating your Beaffiliates.com account you will be asked to accept new Terms and Conditions which are now the standard across all our group brands, and your commission structure may change.
Please note that your current links to Everest Affiliates’ casino brands will no longer be active once the player migration to the Playtech platform has started. To recruit new players to EverestCasino.com or ImperialCasino.com you will be required to update your links and banners to those of Beaffiliates.com. You will receive notification once such links and banners are available in your account. Do not forget to update all other marketing material including product review, pictures and coupon codes.
Outstanding pre-transition earnings will be processed as part of Everest Affiliates’ scheduled payments up to the date of termination of the program. Please make sure to log in to your account after the migration day and prior to our shutting down of the system (a notification of the date will follow) and verify that your outstanding earnings balance can be paid through your selected payment method, and that the minimum payment threshold is met.

sorry mate but you don't expect them to do anything do you, apart from try and find another way to rip affiliates off.

While you are speaking to them actually can you ask why I got an email saying they were closing my expekt affiliate account and keeping my players as I was sending unprofitable players and they didn't want me, even though I made them a profit every month bar the odd small minus, probably twice in a year. Yet then they accepted me to join the beaffiliates program, minus all the previous customers?????

Bet you 20 English pounds you can't get an answer from them on that

Organizationally, the affiliate management team doesn't work directly with non-managed clients. They have an IA account manager who specializes in our software who helps with any technical issues they might have, but who doesn't advise on affiliate strategy. When I see threads that relate to our non-managed clients, I pass it internally to the account manager who deals with that client, then they advise the client. As such, I don't have details regarding their response.
