Exit traffic advertising

Has anyone used any of the exit traffic advertising services like www.casino-trade.com? If so, could you let me know your opinions on the service. Are users actually looking at these pages or just closing them like most popups.

I have not had any real luck with this type advertising.

Many of our members use Casino Trade. They have their pros and cons, but if you're just starting and/or not getting a lot of SE traffic, they help. There are a couple of other traffic exchange programs out there, too, but I don't keep up with them. Some other members will probably pop in to list a couple.
