Mateaffiliates spam (RESOLVED)

Getting daily spam from few AM's of Zet casino or whatever.

These guys are completely insane. The thing is that i replied and asked to stop and that i wrote their name down and will check if decide to add someone, but nothing. After two days getting the same email again and again.

No idea what they are trying to achieve.

They are trying to get you list Zet casino on your websites. Quitters never win, winners never quit..

Look at the email headers and send an abuse report to their email provider, normally works for me.

They just spam. Seems the employee gots paid per spam mail.

I'm getting mails of this clowns on websites that are obviously targeting players from GEOs they do not even take.

I am part of the Mate Affiliates team and wanted to jump in on this thread.

First of all let me apologise for any inconvenience any of our affiliate managers have caused by sending you repeated emails. Our goal isn't to spam you, we are simply trying to reach out to the best affiliates to develop business partnerships.

While we do our best to ensure we don't have duplicate contact details across our team, sometimes it can happen that we contact the same affiliate from different affiliate managers. We are always trying to improve our processes and not to annoy anyone.

Whenever an affiliate says 'stop' or says they are not interested in working with us, we flag their details and stop contacting them.

Of course our affiliate managers are doing a sales role which means they have to keep trying to get hold of the affiliate until they say "No thanks" or we think it's not worth chasing anymore. This is why we always follow up with a few emails over the course of a couple of months. Over 85% of our partnerships are generated from follow up emails, which is why we do it.

If anyone on this forum continues to get emailed after asking the sender to stop, please feel free to message me or reply here and I'll make sure it doesn't continue.

Once again, sorry if any of our team have annoyed you, that isn't our intention.

Anything more than a single "one off" mailing unless the recipient signed up for regular and consistent mailings is spam.

And of course you should be able to answer the question, "where did you get the email address?"

Agreed on the use of 'mate' when you have never met that person. Crazy...gets instantly put on the ignore list.

I had 2 different AM adding me into skype and still getting emails from third AM weekly about zet...

The good thing of using Gsuite is that Gmail spam filters learn very well to mark their emails as spam.

The bad thing is that Gmail is as private as article in newspapers. No one can use google email products seriously.

I mean seriously - new program. get some expirienced AM to give short lecture on how to do things right.
Or even an affiliate. I would be glad to explain them how affiliate work and should be approached. Wonder if someone will listen

But it's ok for you to add email addresses to a RECURRING mailing without their request and without their permission?

Do you kick affiliates out of your program when you get spam complaints from players or potential players when affiliates act in the exact same manner?

I replied numerous times - to you, Edward, Nick - but all of you just don't stop. I actually emailed Edward 2 days ago just to receive another email a day later.

I don't care about deleting your email really or blocking you - but do you seriously think that sending us same generic emails each time would make us work with you?
