Some ways to get yourself banned: 1) Post anything that is directly about about gambling or betting; 2) Post spammy responses to other people's posts with a link in. 3) Post the same thing more than once. 4) Do gambling-related advertising.
It is hit and miss. You'll wonder why some people are active and you aren't, but I think there are some obvious betting keywords to avoid. It is almost as if their bots pick up on certain words that prompt a suspension. Just don't do anything vaguely spammy because people will start blocking you and . . you're banned. Don't bother with the commercial advertising, it'll be ok for a while (though it wont make you any money) and then they'll ban you.

You could try not doing the usual stuff that gets people banned in the long run. This is very important for people who work online and try to get the job done. I mean, how could you even get banned right away? There are so many reasons not to be banned and here you are, getting banned in the wrong place at the wrong time. This is easy to stop. Just be human and quit doing illegal stuff on facebook so you don’t get reported by other people or even stopped by facebook security at the very least. Take note.
