Daily fantasy sports operators FanDuel and DraftKings asked a New York federal court Friday to pause a proposed class action connected to a scandal over alleged leaks of internal information, while the U.S. Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation considers consolidating similar suits.
Buzzy can't comment on the legal strategy here, but this seems like a move in part to alleviate the sites from some pressure in the near term.
