After the latest updates of the platform and investigating the commissions of the new casino, we have made a decision to share all statistical data with our affiliates to avoid any kind of shaving such as freezing players or raising the admin fee without notification. We are sure it will help to build a strong and profitable partnership.

Here are some explanations of statistical data:

• The admin fees are the casino costs. For our brands, costs are 25-35% (depending on country, payment method and slots in which players make bets). The admin fee includes fees for deposits and withdrawals (10%-14%), royalty (7%), slots royalty (10-19%) and bonuses costs (around 2%-5%). Most of our affiliates in targeted countries have a 35% admin fee (except for personal deals and crypto ones). When you see such data in stats, a casino cannot raise the admin fee to decrease the ngr.
• Frozen data (available from yesterday). If any casino wants to freeze some players from all reports, this column will show the income from such players. We do not use freezing in any way. When you see such data in stats, a casino cannot exclude ngr from exact players.
• Additional groups and stats were added for easier tracking and analysis.
