Admitting to overpayments

We seem to frequently get overpaid! We have always admitted to this but just wondered what everyone else thought? One operator actually ignored us for a while, then 2 weeks later said, "oh yes, this is an error" but has done nothing about it. Some are very thankful and others have just more or less said "oh yes, we'll correct next month" with no thanks.

I was told by an AM at LAC that they had over paid their entire account base one month, accidentally putting everyone on 50% rev share. They decided not to chase it up though as the bad publicity would be worse. I think this happens quite a lot.

Interesting. In a few of the instances I know exactly what's happened with us. Just shoddy administration on their behalf. The Liverpool back four are more organised.

I believe it was quietly adjusted the next month (assuming it's who I think you're referring to) - there were a few threads on the forum about it.

Did you ever just think its karma from shaving, or someone did not deduct it? Best overpay was an affiliate that cut me from 35% to 15% then after months of residual player income they overpaid 10X the amount in one month. This nearly made up for the cut!

Oh no they asked for it back and i said yeah no, its what you owe me for the cut.. What can they say after that!

Just tell them you've changed your terms and conditions and upgraded yourself to 50% rev share from now on.

Good call. I might add that unless they are able to generate a minimum number of customers through my sites I'll want 100%.
