Favor needed (US based)

I am after a small favor as I have a part for a car I brought online and they are not accepting the mail forwarding address I gave them. I am after a colleague or friend who has a US address (pref. Florida based) who can accept the parcel for me and send on to a UPS number I will provide.

This car part has put me in a right dilemna as I can not find someone in the US who can accept this for me.
