The Washington Post is making the case that, much like how Full Tilt players had their funds frozen for years after Black Friday, players on DraftKings and FanDuel could face a similar fate.

Except the two cases aren't comparable whatsoever, in Buzzy's opinion. Full Tilt literally did not have the money to pay its players. And as much as the U.S. government loves to take interest-free loans from the general public (also known as seizures), it's tough to imagine players not getting paid out swiftly if the sites were to be frozen or shut down entirely. Plus, the chances of even that happening are slim.
