i used the site operator on google to check what content was indexed by google.
Looks like a lot of your meta descriptions are mega-similar - i'd say this is a bit of a red-flag for ranking.

eg.

1. Best eSports betting sites in 2019 for New Zealander's bettors. Are you seeking the best rated New Zealand eSports betting sites? We have found 2019's best ...
2. Best eSports betting sites in 2019 for German bettors. Are you seeking the best rated German eSports betting sites? We have found 2019's best eSports betting ...

it's a bit 'cookie cutter' / lazy / autogenerated. Perhaps mix it up a bit.

I did spot an error, again in the flag navigation. It is potentially due to the incorrectly spelled "Zeeland" issue previously mentioned showing up as an improper URL: https://i.imgur.com/32BquQX.png

Also, I note that you have no USA section despite having 10 other countries listed. Any particular reason you are avoiding the US esports market?

Thanks, fixed now. No, not really, it's just that I didn't had time to do it since I'm doing this part-time. Will add US during the weekend. Already had close to 300 unique visitors from US and I'm missing great potential there.
