Where is the professionalism of this program? A threat? Why not a friendly request to update some information, no problem. We don't even have an account with them.

No worries, the review certainly got updated after receiving this message.

What pissed them off? Did you 'not promote' them?

There were two sentences they deemed not accurate, nothing more. Other than that it was a good review. Seriously have no problem updating for them or any program, obviously want reviews accurate.

That was very unfortunate. Many people are always on the defensive as if they expect everything that happens to be caused by some malicious person, sometimes things just happen because of a small mistake that can be easily and quickly fixed.
