Radley Balko has been on the side of regulation of Internet gambling since the start. He just posted an editorial at FoxNews.com about the recent settlement, and gives some powerful arguments on the side of regulation.

Since Fox is generally a very conservative (fiscally and socially) network, having this editorial certainly could be helpful in getting a few people, who wouldn't have given any thought to the issue, a reason to pause and think again.
