Hi, it’s been a few weeks I’m trying to contact Livepartners affiliate management. I’ve sent 2 emails to Ali to different addresses, also to general support with no luck. Could you please recommend any contact with them?

Ali is quite bad at replying at the best of times, CC the general support email and other email addresses in when you contact them, eventually you will then get a reply if you bother enough people.

It also emphasises how a poor affiliate program, team or manager can absolutely ruin a brand. We get decent conversions and retention with NetBet but they have made themselves almost unpromotable with poor communication.

They always have high profile stands at conferences, which must cost them a lot of money, why not invest some of that into some decent managers that actually reply and run successful partnerships? No point recruiting affiliates if you then give them no support.

I would suggest to check your Netbet sport links, mine are deactivated and I don't know why. At this time I can generate only casino links. They didn't send me any notification about deactivation and now just don't answer to my emails.

Those shows are just window dressing. Some programs that are always there are simply rogue (888, WH), others forced quota to close accounts (Kindred) and others will fold quickly like for example Codeta.

Netbet had a smaller stand than before. I work with them, but I must agree here it's an annoying program in some ways.

Old thread I know, but I've just found out they did the same to me, so continued to accept my traffic but did not notifying me when my "deal" was deactivated, when I queried it they made my account inactive (with outstanding balance owed) and aren't emailing me back.

Livepartners/ Netbet are one company I won't be working with again.

My account was deactivated (not closed, at least the masssage had an inactive status) a few days ago, but after contacting them to know the reason, they reactivated it without any explantation.

BTW, they are not sponsoring GPWA anymore, I have found it out when I was trying to contact them through GPWA.
