Beware Affiliate Network CasinoPartner.fr (Benjamin/Sidney)

[LiveCasinoPartners]

We have dealt with very professional third party affiliate groups before who have delivered high quality affiliates as an aggregate network group.

On the other hand we have also allowed the affiliate network casinopartner.fr to operate as a third party affiliate network.

Here is how it works: CasinoPartner.fr uses affiliates in their networks. They negotiate a CPA deal or revenue share deal with us and the affiliates. As an aggregate they make sub accounts and distribute the affiliate links internally so they can keep track of how their affiliates perform.

The Networks revenue is then sent to CasinoPartner.fr on a monthly basis. They send the funds to their affiliates in their network.

As mentioned earlier, we've had success in this network model before. Everyone was happy, both the network and the affiliates.

Under this specific network we found that four different affiliates were claiming of not getting paid. That's right, we've had affiliates contact us directly telling us that they haven't been paid in months. When we approached the casinooartner.fr network about this we received harsh and abusive language as well as even threats on our lives if we attend any of the upcoming trade shows in LAC, SPAN, .

Here's a recent thread on skype.

[4/2/12 10:10:12 AM] benjamin.casinopartner: you think that we will get ****** and will say no things?
[4/2/12 10:10:25 AM] benjamin.casinopartner: or you send to us last payment
[4/2/12 10:10:46 AM] benjamin.casinopartner: or i dont suggest you to come to any conference
[4/2/12 10:11:02 AM] benjamin.casinopartner: not the Lac and not the Dublin conference and not in Spain also
[4/2/12 10:11:06 AM] benjamin.casinopartner: you will be burn there
[4/2/12 10:11:11 AM] benjamin.casinopartner: beleive me

The context of the above skype thread is that Benjamin is looking for €23 which he is believed to be owed.

Avoid this network at all cost. It's my responsibility as a community member to warn other affiliates and affiliate programs of potential dangers they may face.

[davemerry]

Thanks for the heads up Adrian.

Shocking stuff with the threats, I hope it doesn't put you off coming to any of the conferences.

[ben.casinopartner]

I just read the message of Mr. Adrian

I would firstly want to know how Adrian got this text and in my name, is an outright lie, and there is no evidence of that so I'm shocked.

We close a deal together and it was agreed that our affiliates are our affiliates, and that they will never be in contact with our affiliates because that we are here, after some months of cooperation Adrian, decided to change the deal, and pay our affiliates live, and to disucss with them in live so we refused, and since we were never paid, we received several complaints from our affiliates saying that they do not have been paid, we so try to explain them that we have not been paid also, so we cant pay them, and we will try to find some way to discuss with the casino, since we didn’t get any news from Adrian, who have retired me from his skype brutally, without even try to arrange with us,

he therefore publish this text hoping to advance us, in addition he publishing a part of text on skype that are wrong and in my name, please find below the discussion of Adrian and me:

[02/04/2012 18:57:53] Adrian Carli: No, I don't want to pay you, we want your affiliates,
[02/04/2012 18:58:39] benjamin.casinopartner: but you owe to us money, and as you know our affiliates is our affiliates, we have to pay them, what does it mean that you want our affiliates???!
[02/04/2012 19:00:34] Adrian Carli: or you give us you affiliates or we will not pay you anymore
[02/04/2012 19:00:50] benjamin.casinopartner: ??? you are thieve, I will write about you and your methods of working,
[02/04/2012 19:01:09] Adrian Carli: do not worry I would be faster than you
This person has not shared their details with you.

Therefore I invites all affiliates to removed the banners of their sites, and stop working with these thieves,

thank you,

Benjamin,

[LiveCasinoPartners]

You should be shocked and appalled at your behavior. I got this text from Gabriel's skype account where you threatenned us if we were to show up at LAC or Spain.

Even after all of your threats we still were making efforts to make sure your affiliates and yourself are getting your commissions.

The skype conversation you posted is a fabrication. The English isn't all that great either.
We don't "want" your affiliates like you think. What we want is your affiliates to get paid. We have had numerous cases where affiliates from your network have contacted us for payment. We have paid twice in some occasions.

If you feel that we have acted unethically then please contact GPWA. I am sure they would do us the favor of investigating the case at hand. We have collected the emails of yourself, payment receipts, skype accounts etc.. to defend us if needed.

[ben.casinopartner]

Obviously you do not recognize anything of all this, if you paid us then shows us, liar!! on the month of March we have received nothing from you, you try to recover your self but you have there's nothing to recover, you owe us the money, you got players so pay us on that players, If you are a man recognizes what you write me on Skype

All what you write here are beautiful words, you write: (I will allow your affiliates to continue to receive their payments by adding their payment details)but the must importantly is the concrete, i have the proof on Skype, the fabrication it s you, you fabricate the text that you paste on your Thread, frankly is that as an affiliates and as a company, I will dare to write that i will BURN YOU ??!this this is seem ludicrousness

Now we are April 11th and we have received nothing from you, so if you pay us allready shows a screen shot here, and stop to write beautiful words!

Gentlemen,

I am sure this can be worked out, without a fight in the forum.

You don't do your story any credit when you make it clear you're the party that's unwilling to cooperate.

It never ceases to amaze me that people think they can achieve anything when they start throwing around words like 'steal'

Gentlemen,

I agree. I've responded to Anthony's PM on this issue.

[ben.casinopartner]

Adrian we are waiting yet for the prove of the payment that you did to us!! still no things from you,

[ben.casinopartner]

Please instead to write this things to me, write to Adrian to send the prove that he paid us, and casino that dosent paid they affiliates this is casino that thief. so the word like 'Steal' is the best word in this case

I've worked with Adrian as an affiliate for years now and it is one of the most stand up programs out there, 100% on payments and all tests I complete - the only problem I think I've ever had is when we got 2 payments instead of 1 or something and we struggled to match them up.

I think most of those who have worked with LCP would agree that your claims are very unlikely to have any real basis. The level of English in that Skype conversation pretty much confirmed that for me.

[SlotsAff]

Its terrible that this situation has come to the forum - I've never worked with Adrian but he's always been a good guy and one with a good reputation.

Let GPWA mediate this offline - done

I spoke with my partner and he told me he worked with Adrian 1 year ago and everything was fine he got payments 1st-4th of every month to Neteller.

I am 100% confident Adrian have only white pounder in his back.

Anthony any news?

[universal4]

This is certainly NOT winning you friends like you may think it is.

Many of us have know Adrian, and other members of his team for a long time now.

Having seen this public display, I personally believe that Adrian had tried very hard to work out this issues in advance before coming public with it. I don't blame him for the way he handled it since his hand was forced.

My attention to this thread was broiught on by a different reason, but I am now recommending this thread be closed.
