Fraud warning! GGpoker/GGpartners unresponsive closing affiliates accounts (RESOLVED)

Hello All,

This company closed our account, right when it stated to earn commission, just like that without any warning, no communication!
April was the first month we had first commission and at the same day the commission was added to cashout they sent an automatic email "account is closed due to inactivity"

I started promoting them first time less than a year ago, after meeting on iGB Amsterdam last year, they gave big promises on how they are the best when it comes to affiliates treatment. Well I can see now what they mean.
I'm trying to reach someone from their team,

Is anyone have a contact person with GGpoker manager on Skype or other?
Our affiliate manager Rachel email is bouncing and the main contact - partners@ggpoker.com is not responding for 2 weeks.

I checked, it was indeed over a year ago, but I see now she said she is no longer working there.

Still at the moment I get no reply from anyone from there team, also on Skype. They are unresponsive

I am working with GGPartners, good communication with Aaron and other lads. Sometimes they have delays, but they always pay for the traffic I sent them, never had to chase any payment from them.

I think OP missed communication with affiliate manager, when they sent email regarding non-activity. I received such few months ago.
Definitely the best poker operator to work with and xx levels above Pokerstars, Entain and Unibet.

A quick update on the GGpoker situation: The issue has been resolved. Thanks to Aaron, who is a great guy by the way, who reached out to me and apologized for the lack of communication. He has reopened our account, and we have agreed to work together moving forward, maintaining consistent communication to prevent similar issues in the future.
