Just found this tonight and wanted to pass it along.

If you have a licensed copy of expression web 3, you are most likely able to upgrade to version 4 - at no cost.

I tested it out and it all went smoothly. I did have to install .net framework upgrade (free) too, but the expression installer directed me exactly where I need to go. Just download the trial from the site above and it automatically adds your license information.

There are limited new features in the new version, but worth the uprade considering the cost.

Oh - and it doesn't uninstall version 3 (both exist on my computer right now) so if for whatever reason it doesnt work, you can always go back to version 3.
