Free top of site banner in exchange for java help

I am looking for an affiliate program/manager that is willing to help me set up what Im sure is some simple java script on my site ( image carousal ) . In exchange for maybe 30 minutes of your time I will be happy to put your casinos/poker /bingo banner at the top of the page for a year. Its a cheap way to advertise and for me to get the script ( which i have already ) on the page.

if any gpwa members are willing to help I would also agree to a free link /banner on each of my pages with no return link required of course.

I am kinda wrapped up today with a few things, but I would be happy to try and help you figure one out over the next few days if no one else jumps in there for ya.....

I don't think I am currently using one on any of my sites but I have in the past.

Of those I have messed around with, the thing that I remember helping get past issues is to make sure and use an absolute url to the image utilizing the http etc etc and not a relative location /folder/image.gif
