Free Transformational Leadership Program Scholarship for a GPWA Member

Saroca's annual Transformational Leadership Program focused on the gaming industry returns for its third year, and the GPWA is pleased to once again offer a full scholarship, valued at $1,700, to one of our members.

The deadline for scholarship nominations is Thursday, 19 February 2026 and any GPWA member can nominate themselves. Simply use this Google Form to apply:

The 8-session online Transformational Leadership Program kicks off on Thursday, 26 February 2026. Sessions are held from 4-5:50pm GMT every other week via Zoom. Three personal coaching sessions are also included as part of the program.

The Transformational Leadership Program coaches are amazing folks who have long standing careers within the gaming industry. Coach Claire Adamou is a longtime GPWA member who has also written for the GPWA Times Magazine. Session topics include: Turning Obstacles into Opportunities, Saying No Like a Leader, Talk Is Cheap, Belonging in Action, Taking Up Space and more. The sessions are interactive, honest, reflective, and practical. Participants leave each one with tangible shifts they can begin using immediately with their teams, workplaces, and in their personal relationships.

Previous participants have reported stronger trust, faster resolution of tension, improved morale, greater clarity, deeper engagement and reduced imposter syndrome. This program goes beyond skills. It is about self-leadership, emotional intelligence, clarity of purpose, courage, confidence, and a sense of community in which leaders learn with and from one another.

We are pleased to announce that GPWA member CasinoComparador has been selected as the recipient of the GPWA scholarship for Saroca's 2026 Transformational Leadership Program!

Raul will receive a fully funded scholarship, valued at $1,700, covering:
• 8 x 90-minute cohort sessions over 4 months
• 3 x 45-minute 1:1 coaching sessions with an Executive Coach

The program, led by longtime GPWA member Claire Adamou of Saroca, kicks off on 26 February, and we look forward to seeing Raul's leadership journey unfold.

Great experience, absolutely recommended.

I won last year's scholarship and it was well worth the time. If you want to sharpen how you communicate, and how you see yourself and others in a work setting, you come away with plenty of practical tools, mental models and anecdotes to help you develop.

And because you talk it through with peers, both in the group and in the one on one (breakout) sessions, it sticks. It does not just go in one ear and out the other.

What Emily and Claire do really well is create a safe space to speak and share ideas, and bring people together so you get to hear stories and views from others in the same industry.

It is about self-leadership more than skills. Awareness, habits, culture, gratitude, being authentic.

I would say it is especially useful for the ego-driven types, the ones who think they already know it all. So to those who suffer from such colleagues, go talk to your, or their manager and ask them to sign them up for this course

If everyone in iGaming took this course, I am fairly sure it would show. Better RG, more compassion, less toxicity, and safer, more satisfying places to work.

I'd like to show my experience in the transformational program managed by Emily and Claire in Saroca.

All in all the experience was fantastic.

You have an open space to listen and be listened. Great professional members from the igaming community worldwide, so it is also a great cultural experience.

The course is dynamic and you face situations that probably you already found with your teams in the working environment. You finish the course as a more solid leader, with better tools and a plus of energy to address difficult potential situations.

I'd recommend the program to anyone eager to find not magic solutions, but realistic ones. A way to be open, understand that there is not a "black or white" solution and how you could be more pragmatic dealing with emotions.
