A few sites picking up on this. Interesting to see Full Tilt's approach to bots compared to Pokerstars, who were a little slow to react earlier this year.

On Friday morning, an email was sent by Full Tilt Poker to an undisclosed number of recipients informing players of the completion of an extensive investigation by the Full Tilt Poker security team. The investigation found that certain parties were in violation of the sites user agreement, and that the site had permanently closed the offending accounts.

Good thing FTP already took action. And it should be better if PokerStars, as well as other well-known online poker operators, would do the same to bot-using accounts.

To think of it, if they just say that they are banning bot users without presenting figures, it may seem that they are just boasting and still haven't done any action with regards to this issue. Well, I would also like to know at least an estimate of how many accounts are banned.

Damn bot-users. That, combined with the masses of PA HUD grinders just took away all the fun. Good thing that some get caught, but I think there are hundreds for every that get caught. Maybe im beeing paranoid, but bot's are a major problem, that is for sure.
