G3Partner / Playshare Not Responding to emails!!

I have been trying to get G3Partner and Playshare to respond to my emails concerning not being able to log into my affiliate accounts.

March 13, 2007 I email Jon-Jon ( jon-jon@playshare.com ), about not being able to log into my affiliate account, several hours later, I emailed Lawrence ( lawrence@playshare.com ) about the same problem, never heard from either one.

On March 16th I emailed Cherylann ( cherylann@playshare.com ), Jon-Jon ( jon-jon@playshare.com ), and G3Partners support ( support@g3partner.com ), not one word from them at all.

On March 18th, I emailed Lawrence ( lawrence@playshare.com ) and G3Partners support ( support@g3partner.com ), again!!

To this day I have not heard one word at all, and still can not log into my affiliate accounts with them.

What's going on here??

I too have had problems logging in to my account, and a bit peeved that it isn't fixed yet....(BUT, I still trust them to fix this soon....)

....HOWEVER, I think you will find that the fact you haven't heard back from them indicates they are not getting your emails....or some other such problem.

With as many email accounts as you have listed, I am sure one of them would have replied by now.

I know that JonJon will certainly be made aware of this post shortly and will contact you in some way.

Please be patient for just a bit longer and I am sure someone will contact you.

This is very odd as I respond to each and every mail. Please either pm me or try again... it is highly unlikely that you would not have received a response as anyone can testify that we always reply... there must be a mail issue in there somewhere grrr....

I have been away for a few days, but am catching up - yours may be in there somewhere, but I was only away from the 22-24th...

I have just checked and yes, I did respond to you on the 13th, and I have resent the mail. I have also sent you a pm.

First my apologies for not getting back the day my login issue was resolved.

It appears Jon-Jon and Lawrence at Playshare both responded to my first
emails to them, for some reason I never received them. Emails are now
getting to and from all.

Jon-Jon and Lawrence has both kept in close contact with me over my login
issue, and both now has that resolved for me.

Good for you.

I haven't been able to log in since the first week of the month.

I can't see stats and I can't get banners if I want to increase exposure...so I guess that won't happen.

Hi All,

I havn't been able to log in either. I just tried again. It still defaults to the log in page here

Is there a solution now?

I can log in, but no stats or banners!

Even I can finally log in and see my G3 stats.

I'm not sure what they did, but they definatly did something to fix it as I can now log in from the 6 or 8 computers I couldn't before with absolutely no changes.

Hi All,

I have been able to log in since the 2nd. I havn't been able to see my player stats and I get the following message on both computers here. The clicks and impressions have stopped registering as well.
