Hi Jenna. I took a look through the list of affiliate programs supported through your software and I was only able to identify one gambling affiliate program. I may have missed some. It would be helpful if the list of affiliate programs the software supports were organized by industry -- for me as a webmaster who does not promote porn, it was a bit off-putting looking through a porn-heavy list to see if any of the programs were gambling.

Also, I notice the site indicates the software is free. What is your business model then? Is there advertising in the system? A flat listing fee for an affiliate programs that wants to be included?

But...Reiterating my comments back to Playboy casino, the last thing this industry needs is a deluge of porn webmasters, or for that matter, any association to it.

Which is exactly what is going to happen when this site lists casino aff programs. Don't say I didn't warn you!

Yea.. I looked at the affiliate list and saw porn.. more porn.. and more porn.. I couldn't find any casino programs.

I'm pretty sure that a reputable program would not list their program with you Jenna.. no offense, it's just that porn and casinos don't mix.

I'm pretty confident in that opinion also. However, there is more than enough shady operators that would probably welcome it.

Which IMHO just opens the door of possibilities to an industry (porn) that is riff with spam, black hatting and dubious webmasters that hold little regard for anything, except making a buck!

Granted there are a few low life's in our industry too. Though, the nature of the beast (porn) seems to thrive on (and accepts) blind links, forced dialler programs and other scallywag activities as a means to an end.

Right now this industry needs something like this like it needs a hole in its proverbial head

Towards the end of identifying your product as something other than a tool for promoting porn, it would be very helpful to create clear boundaries on your website. For example, the separation by industry I recommended earlier. Another place where it would be helpful is a warning on the partners page regarding the nature of the business. Based on your reference to the partners page I looked at it and ended up clicking through to the vendors to see what kind of products they were, and the pages were very explicit -- I would expect at least to need to click through a page confirming intend and eligiblity to view explicit material before having them show up on my screen, but the way your site is currently set up even these bare minimum safeguards are not in place.

Cmon guys... Remember that porn has less legal questions than gambling at this junction. Porn and gambling are put in the same category by the religious right - dont go seeking some moral high ground.

Jenna's service is a business which helps all webmasters do their job regardless of what industry they focus on. They don't seem to be making a statement promoting porn directly.

That was probably a bit harsh, sorry man.

All I'm saying is I blew a gasket over Playboy casino.

To discover that a site owner who predominately promotes porn affiliate programs, has their sights set on adding casino programs to that list, I'm going to voice my opinion strong against it.

Besides...Even game producers (such as EA games) who's game titles have a M+ rating now force people to sign a click wrap agreement before being allowed to view the content.

This site indirectly promotes porn and has nothing...

From that fact, I can only gauge that they don't care if minors enter their site or not.

That in itself I take as a BIG issue for starters...The rest of my views are self explanatory.

Dave - it is no problem we are all entitled to our own opinion.

I think we all need to seperate business from our own personal morals. Morals are a personal thing and not everyone should be expected to have the same beliefs. Some of us market to women, some to wealthy folks, some to folks who like science fiction, and some to those who enjoy porn. It is simply another niche. If it isn't for you, then I think it as wrong to judge them as it is for others to judge me because of their actions.

And just how I say I am just advertising for casinos, this website is simply providing webmasters a tool to do their job more efficiently.

I'm just voicing my opinion like yourself.

Again for the record, my issue isn't nor has it ever been about porn per say.

I certainly don't hold any right winged, bible belt attitudes either. If I did, I wouldn't be promoting gaming.

If I can shoot from the hip without offending you matt.

My issue stems to the point that what happens in this industry affects my livelihood. Unlike yourself, this is just a side line for you. You have a day job.

Because this is my day job I'm going to fight to protect it if I feel an element is not going to be beneficial in the long run.

That element right now is porn...

IMHO porn and casino's should not be bed partners.
