Gamesys Affiliates

Well I thought I'd post to say how disappointed I am with Gamesys Affiliates.

Long story short .. I emailed Ricardo & the general affiliate email address up to 13 times between Oct 2017 & Today and had ZERO
response.

I phoned them up 2 days ago and spoke to Medina

I then sent 2 emails ( one of which was to ask her to confirm receipt of the email )

No response

I phoned back up .. she confirmed receipt of emails

I am still waiting for a reply to any of my emails ( was a very simple question )

I emailed this morning ( 3 email addresses ) basically asking for a response otherwise I would remove them and let another brand have complete control over one of my sites

Still no reply !

I'm very disappointed as I have dealt with Ricardo when he was an affiliate manager at ETX Capital and was very much on the ball with them.

I wonder how long it takes someone from Gamesys to see this thread and reply .. I bet its a lot quicker than I get a reply to an email

Very surprised to read this. Gamesys are very responsive with us and monthly payments are some of the fastest.

They are making big changes to all their promotions at the moment so they could be busy.

Think I'll be looking for another brand who has deal or no deal slots
Won't work with non-communicative companies
