    Default Day Trading

    Hey Everyone,
I was busy day trading and had not check my emails or visited the boards till this evening when a friend called and alerted me to what was going on. All I can say at this point is these are sad days to say the least.

For the record I am still banned and so is my wife the Captainette from posting at CAP.

    Hey Shaun,
I am day trading Dow stocks. Buy in and sell sometimes within a minute on a up move. Today was a crazy day in stock trading. Still stressed out!

I did a ton of day trading back in the 1990's. Anyone remember the SE Infoseek? I remember making a decent amount off it in about an hour.

I still have "My Yahoo" configured with all the stocks, IPO's, Mutual funds, etc. I used to play with.

wait till Obama speaks on tues and the dow 6k you predicted could magically appear wed morning.

*groan* I did that for a while.
Daytrading is gambling - very addictive, too!

GE may cut there divi in the near term and the stock closed at $8.85 today.

General Electric Price Target Cut at Deutsche Bank (GE)

I am keeping and eye on GE, but would not buy it long right now.

I've given up on the day trading for the moment, I just don't have the time right now. However, to keep things exciting I've gone long on a few oil stocks on the AIM. (All risky but with a significant upside if things come off.)

    Hey Everyone,
The market had a relief rally today and was up 236 today. Who would of figured? This market just does not make since these days so I do advise those with balls to be very carefull. Today I made only one trade and made $480.00 when if I had known that the market was going to rally I would have been up 12k. . It drives me crazy on days like this. Time for some Captain Morgans and

Bernanke calmed the market with his reasurance that the banks would not be nationalized. He also mentioned the recession might ease in the last half of 09.

I usually look at the dow futures which can indicate a strong or weak open. Fib News (Fox) usually displays them in the right corner.

I agree oil stocks could be a big winner. Not much has changed since last year that I can see to get off fosil fuels. Once the recession ends the demand for oil will increase, only much more this time.

However, this time the speculators/opec and the oil companies are now even more skilled at cashing in.

You should check out LNG listed on AIM and of course same industry as us.

    Very good long term buy.
