1. And now for some good news

    by , 17 July 2009 at 11:23 am
A few weeks back I did a rant on the forum about affiliate programs and managers, I did a blog post here asking is stupidity a job requirement and other GPWA members have also put up posts questioning the state of this industry and with good justification.

But you know its not all bad, I can see both sides and if I am quick to rant about the negative then I should be just as quick to rant about the positive.

The gambling industries certainly has had its ...
  2. Rehabilitation, forgiveness and second chances

Down the years in many different situations I have seen many debates on forgiveness, second chances and rehabilitation ranging from wayward footballers to criminals to sportsbooks and casinos.

Now, of course it depends on what the situation is and in the majority of cases no two situations are the same. You cannot compare Charles Manson to Grand Prive Casinos when discussing second chances.

  3. Why the hell would anyone live in Norway?

  4. Is stupidity a job requirement?

Another week and another problem with an affiliate program, it has become as common an occurrence as night following day and so often do issues arise now that I am in the grotesque situation that I would in fact be disappointed if I did not have my weekly dramas with an affiliate programs.

Advertising is the mainstay of my business and the move into affiliation on a large scale has only been in operation for a relatively short time but in this period of time my eyes have been ...
  5. A Maltese summer without any Soccer betting

    by , 12 June 2009 at 1:57 pm
June and July are not good month's for me, not much business gets done in these months because of the sector I concentrate on which is mainly football (soccer) and 2009 is one of those years without a major tournament, no Euro Championships and no World Cup.

I have moved in to other areas only slightly, a poker website, a baseball site and a basketball site, though that also finishes soon but these will hardly make up for the shortfall that I am expecting but at least I have ...
