Just had an email from Thomas at Flytonic about this, it isn't of any interest to me bust some may find it useful -

I am happy to announce the release of the all new Geo Target Plugin
from Flytonic.com.

The plugin works on all Wordpress themes and also works well with
Flytonic themes too.

In a nutshell you can filter content to specific country or group
of countries based on the IP address of the visitors' location. You
can also filter widgets and direct Wordpress code as well.

I got the email too, it looks okay. I was going to pick up the plugin for calls to action but I really do not see the value in that versus using the featured site as a call to action.
