Getting Back Into The Game

So, I am going to be getting back into affiliate marketing for online gambling and was hoping to get some ideas as to where to start this day and age.

I have a domain called wheretowageronline.com and have a basic template up that I need to fill out with gambling content. My initial thought was to do some recommended sites for online casino, poker, sportsbook and fantasy sports. I don't want to do the same old review type site, but instead was thinking of doing some video style roundups of each site. Do you think this will work better, worse, no difference when compared to writing pages of reviews?

Also, does anyone offer their own sports picks on their sites? If so, does it take a while to build an audience?

There is a market for proper reviews as most I get to see are very generic and aren't telling the visitor whether the site is really good for him or not.

With a domain name like that you can indeed spread your focus across everything gambling-related. Good idea and a nice template.

Sports picks - takes a long time to build an audience and you can lose trust with one bad pick, and during that whole process you'll be pulling your hair out because the visitors just don't convert.

Video style with the video hosted/published on the site itself? Or posted on Youtube then code embedded?
