    Default Gibraltar not happy with Britain right now

    Gibraltar is not happy with Britain's online gambling plans right now. Gibraltar is responsible governing themselves and maintaining their own economic and domestic policy, but Great Britain/U.K. are responsible for foreign affairs and the military. Britain wants to impose a 15 percent tax on online gambling. Gibraltar wants to maintain their 1 percent tax. And they make some compelling arguments.
