Hmmm for SEO tools I have to agree with other users in that Firefox is better, although google Chrome is more up to date and I like the F12 source code option. I think it depends what you need it for and what you like.

I've had the least amount of browser issues with Chrome. Great extensions too - Page Rank Status (As already mentioned), MozBar and Quick WHOIS don't slow the browser down and are very useful.
