I have built http://MostWantedBets.com betting guide site on May-22-2013. It still shows Google PR as n/a.

As far as I know it should have been switched to "0" at least. Am I wrong?

Yes you are horribly wrong. you have 102 backlinks from 2 domains on 1 ip address. Why would you rank for anything, or indeed gain any toolbar pagerank?

What you need to know about PR:


PR is updated all the time, however google only updates what you can see (TOOLBAR Pagerank, or TBPR) a few times a year.
Your toolbar PR is generally a meaningless vanity metric. forget about it, but bear in mind that PR has a direct influence on your crawl allowance (how many pages goog will index on your site) and crawl frequency.
