Google showing garbage

I was searching on Google.com

i put "Six Sigma certification"

On 11 th position i got a site www.jbtrading.com.cn/, Once i clicked page not found.

I checked this site other pages (30,400 total pages), all pages are copied from xxhttp://www.brainmeasures.com/

Even The site www.jbtrading.com.cn/, have copied content along with same URL structure .

All these inner pages, design content are from Braimeasures

How can this type of site rank on 11 position, if whole site is duplicate copy of other site.

Please help me, i am very confuse.

It is total chaos. Lots of examples of crap sites still figuring high. I thought they would have addressed this by now. I don't know if they will ever bother to sort out the mess. They need to acknowledge it first but will that ever happen?

AS far as i can tell - these changes are more or less permanent. Its a success to Google as thousands of affiliates are losing money - this is what they want . Done and dusted. Once a site gets attacked its finished. I highly doubt a site can get out of this filter - at least anytime soon - if it ever does would take months and months if at all.

I had one site, not gambling related that after 4 years started generating about 45.00 u.s a day and after the penguin update it tanked. Right now I am struggling to figure out how to rank my sites as most of them have been hit. The worst part is I was pretty much white hat. No paid links and slow and consistent link building.

Personally I am still kind of foggy as to where to begin again, on a side note i have new sites less than 6 months old that are ranking very well but with not enough content to entice new buyers or players.

Google is saying over and over what a success this latest webspam update has been... But, all of us that spend time researching the SERP see that is corporate cover ass speak.

Personally, I think the boys and girls at the big G broke something and can't figure out how to fix it.

I just found a site ranking 4th for online casino in SA and page 2 on google.com - LOL it has nothing to do with online casinos.
However it has google adsense. As far as i am concerned google has hurt the webspace more then ever. While it tries to clean up webspam - they have caused most of it.

Now G so giant that normally evil occurs although they warn others not to be evil.

IMO G has destroyed any quality that ever existed with their search engine. AS of now its full of Spam worse then ever before.

Interesting this thread has come up because I have found it increasingly frustrating trying to find what I am looking for in google with it taking up to 5/6 searches to get what I really need.

The first search usually provides ball bags, so I extend the keyword to longtail but I still have to work out the right phrase to get the answer I am looking for.
