    Default Gowild contact problems

GoWild affiliates owe me some commissions and ignore my emails. Also don't reply me on skype. Any advice will be appreciated.

Hi Jiri, I`m not quite sure what do you understand by ignoring you, I`ve sent you emails with all the answers the you`ve requested as soon as I`ve got all the information. Thanks for your understanding and I`m waiting for a reply on the email that I`ve sent you so we can move forward.

Here is an email that I received form Diana Rotaru (gowild representative) 5 days ago:

    Hi Jiri,

I hope this email finds you well.

I have just been contacted by our finance department and I come with great news. They will proceed with your payment however if you please reply to this email with your PMOP ( preferred method of payment) so we can update it in our system.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Thank you-
    ---------

It was 10 days after I wrote the numerous emails about my commission not being paid. Now today I get an email that I will not be paid. What kind of attitude is that?
How can you make somebody wait, make clear promises and then refuse to do what you promised? I will give more details on my situation after I receive one more reply from
    GoWild affiliates.

My experience with Go Wild affiliates is exactly the opposite.

    Kesir000 hi,

as far as i know, you've already been contacted by our head of affiliates even today and it's been explained precisely, what exactly is the case. We've worked very hard and with enormous professionalism thus far, to ensure that we keep doing our job making both sides of the table happy and trust me we wouldn't put that much of hard work to any risk. We`ll make sure to keep you updated with the newest development.

You tell me about "enormous professionalism" at the time when I was promised by you that I will be paid soon and in 5 days and 5 more promises later I was informed that I won't be paid ? But this is only small part of the problem. The biggest problem is that I am owed by your outfit- more than 1000 dollars in commissions. I brought in a player through my website into your casino and he lost a good amount of money there. Your casino had more than 1500 profit in euro. Now it is time to give me my share. And here what I receive from your manager:
" This means that as soon as, we start generating more traffic from you, in order to evaluate player value, behavior, etc, we will not be able to release payment"
So what is that suppose to mean? What else should I do in order to get what I am legally owed? To prove what? Value? Behavior? What do these mean? And you don't even explain what should I do- you just tell me that you will decide if to pay me or not in the future -all
by yourself. Is that what is written in your terms and conditions? Absolutely NOT. It reminds me the situation with "bonus abuse" and "spirit of the bonus" terms used by some rogue casinos in order not to pay their winners. These terms explain nothing and it is absolutely subjective. Same is here.
Can that be accepted? And how can I generate more traffic for you if you don't pay me? So I should bring more and more profit for you and to hope that may be one day you decide to pay me what I am owed. And if again you decide not to pay? Is this a FAIR game? Am I as an affiliate totally in the hands of the affiliate program managers' will when it comes to the payments?
