Default Great Processor - Suggest Security Keyring.

I just wanted to thank MoneyBookers for being what I consider "the best money processor online" I really think they do a great job, and their customer service has seriously improved over the years.

Since being a long time user and one who uses the service allot I find that they have one of the most secure sites online where affiliates can feel trust.

A while back i was emailed telling me I was able to get a security key ring for an extra layer of protection which of course is great since security is such an important issue to all of us affiliates.

Well i decided to order the security keyring and all i can say is WONDERFUL! This devise allows you to log into your MB account with ease. Everytime you log in you are required to enter a new code. You press a button and viola a new code appears and you enter the 6 digits. Your in and ready to go.

NO more worries about anyone hacking your account. Its impossible. The best part is it fits in your pocket and you can use anywhere.

The cost is $15USD but well worth it. I strongly urge all affiliates who qualify to order this security keyring. You will not be sorry.

It is only offered to VIP clients through the website - but i heard that if you email them directly expressing concern for security they will make exception and send you one anyways.

maybe someone from Moneybookers can verify!

I am so pleased with MoneyBookers!! Such a great program and i hope to be a client for many more years to come!!!

Well done MoneyBookers - a class act!

It's funny how different people have different opinions. I moved away from HSBC bank because they required all users to one of their security tokens. To be honest, that wasn't the only reason, it was just the one that pushed me over the edge with HSBC. One of my other banks won't give me a high transfer limit unless I apply for one. To me they are one more thing I have to carry around. Of course I lead a slightly different life to most and where possible I try to minimise the things I have to carry with me.

Why am I saying all this. Just want to let the people at Moneybookers know that whilst some people like the added layer of security, others are happy with the status quo. Please keep it as a choice rather than let it become mandatory.

Unless you can do an smartphone app, then we'd probably need a token to access the smartphone app...

@ jarvi i do not know if MoneyBookers has this option but :

I also have a special security card from Pay Pal. Its like a debit card, and you
press a little button on it (it is flat) and a new code appears. Very thin and fits in wallet like a credit card. Maybe MB will have those.

Also Pay Pal has a system where you can use cell phone to gain code.

Between the thin credit card security token (pay pal), and the keyring (MB - which is so small really) i find it very useful.

I understand your point though - it should not be mandatory.

Thanks, might check out the PayPal thing although non-US PayPal accounts tend to get the short end of the stick. With an Australian one we couldn't even verify our addresses. That meant not being able to purchase some things on eBay if the seller insisted on a verified address. Haven't checked for a while so probably should again.

That said, I also cleared out my wallet of all unnecessary stuff and cancelled some cards at the same time. Yes, I'm a real minimalist...

Sorry for the diversion, now back to Moneybookers.

No worries Jarvi I understand - I think its pretty cool actually. We generally in these times tend to hold on to much material items. I certainly can attest to that....

As far as the card goes - its actually preferred by me. If MB had that option I would of taking that since I carry a wallet with me usually. Just an extra card when i am out and about.

The real think I hope MB starts to offer is a debit card where we can withdraw funds at an ATM machine or pay in stores with it.

Neteller used to be like that - but for CAD people we can't have that.

One day i hope it will be made easier as it takes upwards of a week to get funds out.

Yes I'm waiting for the card option too. Not available to Australians either. Not all is lost though as I still have the NETeller one. If Moneybookers offered one to me I would decrease the funds going through NETeller and increase through them.

If both combined their services it would be good. Currently a card with NETeller and can't access website whilst in the US. Moneybookers doesn't have a card, however, I can access from within the US.

Yeah i cant wait for them to offer the card. I just do not like waiting like 7 days to be able to access funds. Especially when so many programs are already late.

Crossing my fingers for the both of us
