the only requirement from my side, that new owner would register affiliate accounts as my sub affiliate – that would help him get the best deal < this has nothing to get the best deal but owner still making % off someone elses work when that 5-10% could be used to negotiate a better positon for the new owner, also does it come with the accounts? as most of the revenue generated is from existing accounts most likely built over years.. doesnt sound like a such a good deal if not... site with traffic dropping and no exisitng accounts which new buyer has to work as a sub.. honestly looks like your trying to pull the wool over somones eyes.

Also what about important info? traaifc, organic, countries etc.. not sure why you have added full sizes images of yourself on the page? perhaps as some kind of trust tactic? it looks weird

P.S.. just looked more at your site.. you are selling .casino domains.. insane prices 200k for its.casino? 60k for fit.casino and casino.truth? are you serious.. this looks shady anybody else agree?

Yes I agree looks shady and it would take you 30 years to get the 1.5 M out of it with approx. 100 k revenue a year.
Also your right the important info ( if you want to improve the side ) is missing. More like someone tries to get 10x the worth out of a half sunken ship.

I agree on your understanding.

I think there's a huge difference between a site without and a site with affiliate accounts.
As the site is sold without affiliate accounts, the price seems "a bit" too high.

I also think FTD/month should be included here, otherwise it's impossible to make a rough guess on what revenues the site can generate without affiliate accounts.
