About LinkBacksI can confirm that this issue is not "geo-located".
I see those sites also on g domains: .com, .it, .co.uk, .lv and .au .
Plus, I would add... if you search for "online casinos" in .it or .co.uk you will find on page #1 a lot of "link-bombed" domains (casino related) that redirect to some very well known casinos... and all affiliates ripped off...

This has been going on a long time - Penguin/Panda IMO really does not work at least not yet.
