Received the following e-mail today ... they are a bit late in notifying everyone. LOL

Dear,

I write to inform you that HappiStar online casino, will be ceasing its operations effective 31st May 2023.

We understand that this news may come as a surprise, and we want to assure you that this decision was not taken lightly. Despite our best efforts to adapt and overcome the challenges faced by the industry, we have concluded that it is no longer feasible to sustain operations in the current landscape.
As a result, we have chosen to wind down the company in an orderly manner. We will honour invoice for all traffic received per our commercial agreements until 31st May 2023. Invoices should be submitted through the usual channel at invoices@happiaffiliate.com and will be settled within 30 days of receipt.
We deeply appreciate the support, dedication, and trust you have shown us throughout our partnership. Your contributions have been instrumental in the success of our company, and we are genuinely grateful for the collaborative efforts we have shared over the years.
The relationships we have built have been a significant part of our journey, and we want to express our sincerest gratitude for your unwavering cooperation. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. It has been an honour to work with you, and we wish you continued success in all your future endeavours.
