    Default Has anyone received payments for March?

    They approved my invoice at the beginning of April, and I've been hounding ever since with each reply being that "it will be on the next payment run". Then recently they chalked up the delay reason due to "internal issue". It is now May and I still haven't received commissions from March.

    Anyone experiencing the same issue?

    I am in the same situation as you.

    For the first time in about 10 years bet365 failed to make the affiliate payment to us in the month it was due.
    I have not received a response to my email query yet - sent 36 hours ago.

    Hopefully they will get back to timely processing shortly.

    So sorry to hear that you have experienced a delay to your payments.

    Please can you send me the most recent emails that you have sent to bet365 on this topic, to me personally instead, as soon as you can? james.woods@bet365.com.

    I will then find out what happened in regard to the responses and also seek to ascertain exactly what the situation is with your payments.

    It may be that I require a follow up phone call with each of you as well, but send me the emails first and we can go from there...

    Just as another point of data, my payment was made in the usual timely fashion in April.
