Has the move of ICE and LAC from Winter to Spring changed your plans to attend?

[MichaelCorfman]

As I assume most everyone knows, ICE is now scheduled to take place in London at Excel Tuesday to Thursday, April 12 to 14 and IGB Affiliate London is taking place that same week at Excel on Wednesday and Thursday, April 13 and 14.

Originally, before the postponement due to the Omicron variant of COVID-19 the conferences were scheduled to take place this week (February 1 to 4).

Personally, I'm glad the events were postponed. Both because of health considerations around COVID, but even more because I'm definitely looking forward to visiting London in the Spring rather than in the Winter.

For this weeks poll, I ask if the move has changed your plans to attend the conferences. In addition to voting in the poll, I invite you to share your thoughts in a post.

Let's hope it's a nice week weather-wise, not even remotely guaranteed at that time of year over here!

Was planning to attend and will still attend the new dates - Friday is a public holiday, so a nice long weekend to follow any excesses of the Thursday evening

I couldn't make it in winter but I definitely want to try make it in spring!

I would have had time this week but not in April, so that's another conference I'll miss.

This i will definately be attending, LAC is my favourite by far.

Due to the situation did not plan on attending in the winter but will be attending in spring. Looking forward to much better weather than what we get during the winter. Easier to pack for! hehe
