I am new to the affiliate business and not always understand what is right and wrong but I think that what Referback is doing to me is unfair.
They refuse to pay me 800 usd commission claiming that the player who signed up through my website is looking suspicious for them. As they explained me the player played at 2 of their casinos- Jackpotcity and Luckynugget.
He first lost about 1400 euro at one casino, then won about the same amount at the other one. The player played roulette, big bets.
So the casino claims that player's activity is abnormal somehow and I will not get my commission for him. When I asked what is suspicious
about this player's game sessions- the only reply that I get is that as a new players he made too big bets and also that the results he got playing
roulette were negative for casino profit and he did it on intent! I find their explanation absurd to say the least.
Looks like if the player would lost at both casinos - they would not have any problem. Now the problem ,as I see it, is that they don't like
the results which their own casino software produced. How can I be responsible for any roulette games results? And regarding the fact that
a new player should not bet big...First- why not? And second who knows how new is this gambler to gambling? If he is new to Referback casinos it does not mean he cannot have a big gambling experiences at other casinos (including brick and mortar ones).Everything Referback claims on this matter seems very strange to me and I cannot accept it. Please, help me with this one.
