Plenty of threads here at the GPWA that discuss falebook pages being closed or warnings, the appeal process etc, by simply blindly posting links, but you have to take the time to search for them.

When they detect that you are promoting gambling they will block your site/account. To do this legally, you have to go through a rather complicated validation process with them by, among other things, providing a number of documents, including a licence.

No you can't add gambling links on your facebook page
