Head transplants possible in the next 2 years?

We need this possibility to replace heads of this idiots from European Union decision-makers.
When their heads are replaced, we are going to enjoy less burden on our pockets and tons of useless rules.

That would be a plan, however you would not be replacing the idiots instead you would be just giving them new bodies. In actual fact this whole process should be described as a "body transplant" and not a "head transplant".
