Default Hello - Introduction - Help Required

This is my first post on GPWA I have a back ground in internet marketing and I am making my first steps into the online casino industry running affiliate campaigns and wanted to get as much help and advice as possible on potential pit falls and things to look out for.

I have experience in the finance industry running affiliates and found that a one system login with a lot of brands was much easier than having a long list of affiliates.

    Thanks for your help

    Hey there

Welcome to the GPWA.. You'll find a lot of helpful people around here

Regarding your comment about logging into one stats program, I believe GPWA had some deal going on with stats remote in the past. I'm sure Michael or Steven would be able to tell you about that.

Otherwise if you have any specific questions related to our industry and can't find the answer anywhere, post away and there will be at least a handful of people willing to help you out

    Cheers

    Default seperate domains or single

I have three seperate domains and I am in a conundrum as to use them or use one single domain to cover each section.

So for example a poker, casino, bingo domain.

Or Use a single gambling related domain and sever them all as catergories.

It would be interesting to see what experiences you have all had .

I suspect the single domain is the best way forward.

I would suggest to start with one, and get it to a point where it is satisfactorily finished before starting on the others.

If you work on one to start with, at least you can start earning a commission while you are working on the others, whereas if you have 3 unfinished sites you wont be earning anything...

I would target a niche rather than the general topics you've listed. The market is highly saturated, and the SEO market for the top search keywords are very hard to crack. With a niche you are giving yourself a better chance because there are less people to compete with...

On the other hand, if you were to combine all of these things into one site, your site could serve as a super-site down the track where players could find anything and everything there.. although I would definitely start with a niche.. If you can brand yourself well enough, the rest will follow..

If you have any more questions post away!

    Cheers

    Default niche

I am going to begin covering UK football betting as this is something I have a good knowledge in.

I do feel there is still room for improvement there and places available.

Once I am making good progress I will move on to other sports events and casino and poker related.

    Thanks for the advice.

Longtail keywords seem like the best way forward to begin with.

Just like to say really cool forum and helped me a lot already. Thanks
