Payment question for USA affiliates

I'm having problem to receive my commission because I live in USA territory can someone from the USA can tell how they receive their commissions.

You could try setting up a company overseas and routing your payments through that? I lived in the US for some time but always used my UK Ltd Company, it's never been an issue.

Can I establish an UK LTD company? I live outside UK, and have never been in UK till now.

You can receive bank wires to US bank accounts. Also Western Union is a good way if a check cannnot be sent.

If you are able to set up an account in a different country to receive your commissions you could always then initiate a bank transfer to your US account but this can be costly for each transaction.

You might want to check out the services of TransferWise.com which was created by one of the guys who built Skype.

I use them myself every single month and have never had any problems. May not be the ideal situation in your circumstances but it may suit some.
