Exclamation Fortuna Affiliates not paying & not responding

I'm trying for a while now to reach my affiliates manages for Geos Slovakia & Czech at Fortuna Affiliates due to unpaid commissions which are due since September but without success.

They used to be very responsive but since last email which was 1.5 months ago no replies received.

I was able to send several followup emails asking why they do not reply and yesterday for the first time all emails started bouncing, this is including the main email address of their program which is posted on their main page: http://fortuna-affiliates.com/
    info@fortunaafiliates.com

Also bouncing my affiliate managers emails:
    For Czech - jonas.martin@feg.eu
    For Slovakia - bendikova.lucia@feg.eu

If anyone have another contact from this company or Skype - please share with me

I have no idea whether this speculation is true, but there are lockdowns since October in Czechoslovakia and people take it is paid holidays. So the effectivity of work at homeoffices is variable.

I got reply from their new contact, it seems that they had some internal company changes and the entire local teams are replaced with one dedicated team for all geos and This is why all emails where bouncing..

The new contact if anyone needs is: Skype live:dodnir

And as it looks they are going to take care of all open issues!

Thanks for pointing this out, I need to check the "time restricted revenue share".. I wasn't aware..
On top of that the main issue right now is the extremely low default rev-share of 10% which I'm trying to resolve for my existing account

Hi Nir, Indeed we're talking, as you know this was posted before your contact and after I was not receiving any replies for my emails and followups from my affiliate managers for about 3 weeks and emails started to bounce back..good to know that there is someone to talk to!

Hi, did you manage to get a better deal? I am interested in some of their brands but not sure what to expect.

Fortuna AffiliatesDear affiliate, It is our pleasure to introduce you to the new FORTUNA SK affiliate commission structure, which is effective from the 1st of October the 2021. The new default affiliate commission structure is a follows: 0-20 FTDs per month will reward you with a 20% RS commission, with a RS period of 1 year; 21-30 FTDs per month will reward you with a 30% RS commission, with a RS period of 1 year; 31-40 FTDs per month will reward you with a 30% RS commission, with a RS period of 2 years; 41-50 FTDs per month will reward you with a 35% RS commission, with a RS period of 2 years; 51-60 FTDs per month will reward you with a 38% RS commission, with a RS period of 4 years; 61-70 FTDs per month will reward you with a 38% RS commission, with a life-time RS period; 71+ FTDs per month will reward you with a 40% RS commission, with a life-time RS period. Let’s illustrate, how the new affiliate commission structure works on an example: The affiliate ABC registered in the SK Fortuna affiliate programme on the 1st of October 2018. Affiliate ABC brought 32 FTDs in October 2021, so he will be eligible for a 30% commission from the net gaming revenue (NGR) after tax generated over the month of October 2021 by all his players, who registered 2 years ago (i.e. since October 2019). In November 2021, the affiliate ABC brought 15 FTDs, so he will be eligible for a 20% commission from the NGR after tax generated over the month of November 2021 by all his players, who registered 1 year ago (i.e. since November 2020). In December 2021, affiliate ABC brought 80 FTDs, so he will be eligible for a 40% commission from the NGR after tax generated over the month of December 2021 by all his players, who registered since affiliate ABC joined the Fortuna SK affiliate programme (i.e. since the 1st of October 201. Thank you and feel free to contact me in case of any questions. Best regards Peter Zámečník Acquisition specialist, Mobile: +421 910 895 727, E-mail: zamecnik.peter@feg.eu
