Help Needed - It's Out of Control!

I began a casino affiliate website as a hobby. Something to occupy my mind whilst I was unemployed. Now it has become too big and I lack the expertise and resources to adopt all my time to it. I need help and I am not ashamed to admit it! I don't really want to sell but I would be interested in a partnership with (preferably a UK based) affiliate who has the knowhow and the resources to take on a project and help it grow. More than happy to provide details for anyone interested to chat about this or simply to receive advice.
