    Default HELP! No Payment!

having registered in my affiliate programs through GPWA i would love if you could help me. never had a problem, except today!

recommended a player to two poker rooms from CommissionAcount and they say they dont pay me the CPA deal we agreed. The reason: he deposited in 2 poker rooms and that is suspect!

I understand that if they think the CPA deal is too much they can stop it now. But they must pay me the money we agreed.

I am very desapointed and urge you to have them under your radar. Except from them i find the industry loyal.

Can you help me? Cant believe they risk their reputation having only to pay me 2 CPAs, that they dont even know how much will they get from them.

I think you are leaving out quite a bit of this story I feel....

You recommended the same guy to two of our rooms after asking for a special deal with no minimums. He happened to deposit the minimum amount for the CPA (in both rooms), and you expect us to pay?

If someone happens to sign up for two offers, we'd be happy, but when you have brought the sum total of one player (twice), I think you are stretching things more than a little.

    Thanks, Stephen

Oh, and I never said we wouldn't pay... I said we would move you to revenue share, and you woudl receive that on these players as well.

like i said: "they dont pay me the CPA deal we agreed"

stoping a deal is one thing.
not doing what you agreed is another.

Honestly if these are good players you will end up making more off them on revshare than the original CPA.

And if you absolutely must stay on the CPA, it may not be such a bad thing to accept the single payment for the one room.

Had you had more of a history with Commission Account this may not have been an issue.

I personally think that CA has been very fair, although they are not my best earner, even when my account goes negative, I don't give up and stick with them because I know eventually it will turn around.....(of course the playoffs and superbowl did hurt a bit...lol)

I suggest you attempt to work out an agreeable solution directly with Stephen since he clearly seems willing to discuss your options.
