Default Help with Paddy Power payments

    Hello everybody,

I'm going almost coockoo with chasing Paddy for a 4 digit sum they owe me since April this year. Their debt has actually doubled itself since then since they payed me randomly and in lower sums than owed monthly. Funnily enough, their payment record in the aff site is inconsistent with the payments I have received from them. Imagine that.

Their claim on some of the money owed is that it was sent. But my bank never received it, and getting them to check their records is... well... better chase the wind. I have to send every mail 4 times before getting any reply and now they simply ignore me.

It is no way to treat affiliates and for sure not like a big brand to do so. Being a small aff I have no leverage and I'm left at their mercy.

Would appreciate any help someone can suggest.

    happy new year

Paddy Power don't respond to emails in my experience and also, an irrelevant point to your query but relevant to promoting them or not, their cookies are session cookies. If the referral does not sign up before closing the browser you have lost him - not good.

To answer your query - I have had no problems with payments, which have been monthly and accurate. However when I had a query I just rang their head office in Ireland and spoke to the accounts department. They were very helpful indeed and knew what they were talking about re: the affiliate payment stats. It also bypasses the apparently non-existent affiliate department.

I used to get remittance advices emailed to me but that appears to have stopped now unfortunately. I have located an old one and this is the telephone number for any queries about payment: phone +353 1 404 5900.

    Thanks,
That was an important piece of info regarding the session cookies (how about that for ethics and integrity).

I'll give that number a try.

    Happy new year
